Position: Project Leader Telecommunications software development
7 - 9 years of experience
Domain Knowledge: GSM/GPRS and 3G Application (MMI Design, Dev, Integration and Testing) & Protocol knowledge for Mobile Handset.
Languages: C/VC++ and experience in MSDN, Visual Studio and GUI Dev.
OS : Window 2K and Linux Kernel level experience and knowledge of any RTOS
Tools: VSS for Documentation Control , ClearCase .Microsoft MPP
Project Management: Should have knowledge of complete SDLC phases. Configuration Management
Ability to plan, review, monitor and deliver development projects in a timely manner.
Experience in handling Japanese customer.
Should have the ability to handle a 10 member team.

Engineer – Telecommunications

Education:
Engineering graduate in telecommunication / electronics, OR in electrical/ instrumentation with interest in telecom field, from a reputed institute / university

Experience:
Should have 6 to 10 years of experience in fields related to Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, or Industrial Plants.
Should have worked in System design / engineering and layouts with consulting or contracting company. Work in field testing & commissioning, or project execution can also be considered, provided it is associated with ‘in depth’ involvement in technical aspects.
Should have experience in few of the following systems:
Optical fibre transmission & multiplexing
Voice switching / PABX / Key telephones systems
Microwave radio / TDMA radio
VHF/ UHF mobile radio system
Satellite communication
Integrated voice and data networking systems
Public address / closed circuit television systems

Skills:
Must be computer literate, having hands-on usage of common office software
Familiarity with 2D CAD and 3D modeling applications.
Communication skill in written and spoken English.

Remuneration
Salary band will be between $ 4500 to $ 5500 + Family Status + Medical Insurance for self and family + 22 working days annual leave + Annual air tickets for self and family + Educational assistance for resident children
